Tell us about your business

Ouwezo’s mission is to transform the career journey of underprivileged groups. Ouwezo achieves its mission by removing the barriers that stand in the way of women getting into the technology sector.

By removing the main barriers that stand in the way of potential talent, Ouwezo aims to bridge the gap between tech companies’ need for skilled and diverse talent, and the availability of motivated women eager to transition into tech careers.
