Today’s featured member, Jessica Dockum, Event Sales Manager for Piatti, says Piatti Seattle is more than a restaurant; it’s a gathering place where warm Italian hospitality meets elevated design.

Tell us about your business

Established in 1987, Piatti offers finely crafted, classic Italian cuisine rooted in tradition and served in a warm yet refined setting. At the heart of our menu is our pasta—rolled and cut by hand each day, and cooked with care and intention. Piatti brings a fresh perspective to the time-honored Italian restaurant, blending polished hospitality with a familiar, welcoming spirit. It’s a place where cherished traditions are celebrated, new memories are made, and friends and family naturally gather—whether dining in or enjoying at home.

From corporate dinners to milestone celebrations, we create beautifully curated experiences that feel effortless, inviting, and truly unforgettable.

Why did you join the Chamber?

I joined the Chamber because I believe community is the backbone of any successful business. When local leaders and organizations intentionally support and collaborate with one another, it strengthens the entire ecosystem and creates lasting impact for everyone involved.

What do you value most about being part of our local business community?

I truly value the relationships I’ve built and continue to build every day. In hospitality, connecting with people isn’t just part of my job; it’s my passion. Strong relationships within our community create trust, collaboration, and opportunities that are truly a win-win for everyone involved.

What’s your favorite item on the menu?

My favorite item on our menu has to be the Lemon Ricotta Ravioli. All of our pasta is handmade in the restaurant. The fresh pasta, with the spinach and lemon cream sauce… the combination is spectacular.
