Tell us about your business
Through advocacy, capacity-building, and cross-sector partnerships, we work to transform policies and practices so families can thrive with dignity, stability, and opportunity. We believe that every individual deserves to be safe, connected, and cared for and we do this by providing Youth Programs, Family Support, and Community Safety.
Why did you join the Chamber?
Urban Family joined the Seattle Metro Chamber to deepen our engagement with the regional business and civic community and to collaborate with leaders who are shaping the economic future of our region. We believe that meaningful progress happens when nonprofit, public, and private sectors work together to create inclusive growth and equitable systems that benefit all families. Joining the Chamber will help us connect to businesses, organizations, and government officials who can help us expand our web of care and support and join us in supporting the communities that we serve.
What are you/is your business interested in – or – what do you need currently?
We are currently focused on strengthening partnerships with mission-aligned businesses and funders who are committed to racial equity, workforce development, and community-centered solutions. As we continue to scale our impact, we are especially interested in strategic partnerships and collaborations, sponsorship opportunities, and investments that support sustainable funding, policy advocacy, and innovative programs that remove barriers for Black and Brown youth and families and advance long-term economic stability.
