Tell us about your business

Cambridge Leadership Associates is a leadership development and change management firm – and the Home of Adaptive Leadership. Rooted in the pioneering work of our founders Ron Heifetz and Marty Linsky at Harvard Kennedy School, we help individuals and organizations navigate complexity, build adaptive capacity, and drive meaningful change. Now headquartered in Seattle, CLA joined forces with The Nofsinger Group in 2020, strengthening our expertise in executive leadership development. For over 30 years the organization has facilitated individuals and teams tackling their toughest challenges and leading with impact.

Why did you join the Chamber?

We’re excited to be part of a vibrant community of businesses and leaders. We joined the Chamber to build meaningful relationships, contribute to the region’s growth, and support people across industries who are making impact in their organizations and communities.

What are you/is your business interested in – or – what do you need currently?

Our work is most impactful when we partner with organizations facing change, growth, or complex challenges. The Chamber helps us connect with those who are ready to develop their teams, strengthen their leadership capacity, and drive impact. We welcome opportunities to contribute through leadership development programs, workshops, and speaking engagements.
