As AAA Washington celebrates 120 years, the trusted local leader in automotive, insurance and travel, unveiled the first new membership offering in its history that does not include roadside assistance. Everyday Membership caters to Pacific Northwest lifestyles and is packed with discounts and rewards for locally loved brands and experiences across Washington state. As a thank you to its 1.2 million members, last month these new membership benefits were added to all existing AAA Washington accounts at no additional cost.
Everyday Membership, focused on experiences and lifestyles tailored to the next generation of drivers and is packed with exclusive experiences, local discounts, free identity protection and savings on essentials like daycare, groceries, and travel and insurance services. As of mid-September, over 9,001 members have registered for the passport perks, generating $48,107 in savings.
A tribute to AAA Washington solidifying its commitment to giving members great value and experiences beyond towing, the new bold campaign celebrates the club’s Pacific Northwest roots with a playful TV commercial starring local legend Sir Mix-A-Lot, a new website, out-of-home advertising, and more. AAA Washington also showcased the new brand by showing up with a heavy presence at the “AAApple Cup” complete with pre and in-game activations, including a King Street Station takeover with AAA Washington branding on all platforms and signage throughout.
