Tell us about your business
Terri D’s Catering was founded in 1984 by a wife-and-husband duo, Terri & Chuck Doremus. Starting from small beginnings, the company originated from the Doremus family home kitchen, where Terri, would create delectable homemade dishes for social gatherings. By the early 2000’s they grew and moved into the facility we are in today while acquiring Atwood Catering and California Catering, forming ACT 3 Catering. In 2020, Doremus retired and sold the business to a local entrepreneur, Jim Brinton. ACT 3 Catering is more than just food. We are here to help you coordinate small, intimate parties, large-scale events, and everything in between. Our mission is to create memories that last, through moments that matter. We do that by basing all our actions on our core values of passion, fun, family, connection, and adaptability. Having served the Seattle and Tacoma area for 40 years, we are confident that we can create more memorable moments for your family and ours.
Why did you join the Chamber?
We joined the Chamber because we recognize the importance of community as it was the foundation that ACT 3 was built on and continues to foster today. We firmly believe in being a part of the communities that we operate in and building connections with others in those same communities.
What are you/is your business interested in or what do you need currently?
Currently, we do not have any needs other than wanting to develop connections with others in the Seattle business community.
