Today’s featured member, Michael O’dlee, President of U.S Office of O’dlee Design Lab, said the lab and CCLEMANG are Seattle and Busan, Republic of Korea-based online design and development powerhouses. By leveraging the Korean government’s funding program to promote export business, it has helped over 300 clients succeed in the global market through innovative solutions and extensive support, including branding, UI/UX design, web marketing, export & import consulting, and product development.

To what do you attribute your business’ success? 

O’dlee Design Lab & CCLEMANG has been successful because of its dedication to innovation, focus on the needs of its clients, and brilliant staff that strives for perfection in every endeavor.

What are you doing to attract and retain employees?

I’ve known all of the squad captains for years. We encourage a spirit of cooperation and teamwork, and we provide everyone a chance to learn and advance in their careers.

What’s something you wish you had known before you started or grew your business, or before your chose your current career path?

Truthfully, I enjoy a good challenge. Learn what we’re doing wrong so we can improve, then chart our own course to expansion.

What’s one piece of advice you have for someone looking to start or grow their business, or join your field?

How are you/is your business active in your community?

Participating in community events and providing pro bono services to nonprofits are important ways that we give back and help our neighborhood thrive.

What does your Chamber membership mean to you/your company?

By joining the Chamber, we’ll have better access to resources, more chances to network, and a greater voice in the local business community.

What does an equitable and inclusive regional economy look like to you?

Creating a diversified and thriving economic environment that benefits all parties involved is the goal of an equitable and inclusive regional economy, in which everyone has a fair shot at success regardless of their origins or identities.

Are there partnerships you are/your company is currently looking for?
