Onit has a somewhat unique organizational structure, operating more like a consultant collective versus the traditional FTE model. Traditional staffing models rarely deploy more than one consultant of this caliber on an engagement, meaning these consultants rarely get to collaborate with their peers. Onit is owned and run by experienced consultants – experts who attract other experts and provide a creative and collaborative environment for them to do their best and most interesting work for Onit’s clients.
