The trials were undertaken by GDiesel Technology GmbH, ARC’s licensee in Germany, and Spedition Uwe Ludwig, GmbH, a third-party trucking company located in Sandersdorf-Brehna, Germany.  During the eight-month trial, from April through November 2021, three heavy-duty, on-road diesel trucks, powered by Volvo and Mercedes Benz engines, demonstrated fuel consumption savings using GDiesel compared to conventional diesel of 9.36%, 9.40% and 11.66%.  Additional trials of Summer and Winter formulations of GDiesel demonstrated fuel savings of 12.99% and 7.77% respectively, and emissions reductions of 12.8% and 36.5% respectively.  Further noted benefits of GDiesel compared to standard diesel during the trial period included, less visible smoke, easier cold starting, improved engine responsiveness and reduction in usage of Diesel Exhaust Fluid.

GDiesel is a 100% drop-in and cost-effective liquid alternative fuel.  GDiesel is produced using ARC’s patented ClearRefining® technology that combines molecular components of biogas and liquid hydrocarbons in a unique low-temperature and low-pressure process.
