    Empowering women to grow and succeed in business and leadership is necessary to sustain a healthy and vibrant community. Women in Business and Leadership Initiative (WIBLI) events and programs inspire, educate, and connect Seattle-area women at all levels of their careers.

    Through our events, we aim to empower Seattle-area professionals to create significant change for themselves, their workplaces and their communities around gender equity issues, including closing our region’s gender wage gap. Events include:

    • WIBLI Symposiums
    • WIBLI “21” Lunches
    • WIBLI Awards

    Previous speakers have included: Senator Patty Murray, Governor Christine Gregoire, Seattle Councilmember Lorena Gonzalez, and female leaders from Payscale, Seattle Storm, Julep Nails, Filter Digital, Ethnic Business Coalition, and many more.
