This year, we’ve seen in real time how our economy, public health, and racial justice are inextricably linked, as well as how our deeply polarized political climate has encouraged ideology over solutions. People and businesses throughout our region are hurting – particularly those who are most vulnerable and can afford it least.

At this year’s virtual Regional Leadership Conference, we’ll tackle these issues head-on and commit to taking actions that set our region on a path for an inclusive economic recovery.

This year, RLC will be different, not just because we are going virtual. To fight Zoom fatigue, we’ve shortened the conference and included more interactive sessions so that you have more time to work directly with your peers. Less networking, more meaningful and direct conversations about how we go deeper than talking points and find concrete ways each of us, our organizations, and our region can make our economy more competitive, more equitable, and more resilient.

By the end of the conference, you’ll have a clear idea of how you and your organization can connect most effectively to recovery efforts in the weeks and months ahead and what it means to be both pro-business and antiracist.

Join us at the 2020 RLC to convene with top business, government, and community leaders around our conference goals:

  • Highlight local and national examples of successful approaches to recovery
  • Give timely input on regional efforts to rebuild our economy in a way that is more competitive, equitable and resilient, with organizations such as Greater Seattle Partners and United Way of King County
  • Find areas of common ground in near-term recovery efforts and get to work on them
  • Provide an opportunity for personal leadership growth for attendees
  • Have FUN and build connections!
