How can you create what your customers want – and help them be happier?
Join the Seattle Metro Chamber for a conversation with Matt Wallaert, behavioral scientist and author of Start at the End: How to Build Products that Create Change. Wallaert will share his story, illustrate the power of starting with outcomes instead of processes, and take questions from the audience.
Start at the End offers an essential roadmap for building products that matter and changing behavior for the better. Wallaert draws on successful examples of making change, like:
- How to relieve transit riders’ stress about waiting for the next bus or train
- How to empower more women to successfully ask for raises and promotions
- How to give students a productive outlet for their curiosity
Registration includes lunch and a copy of the book.
