Blair is a nationally recognized leader whose executive experience spans the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
Blair has served in past leadership roles at Starbucks Coffee Company, Accenture, and Price Waterhouse Coopers, as well as at prominent nonprofit organizations such as My Brother’s Keeper Alliance and the Los Angeles Urban League. He was active on United Way of King County’s Board of Directors from 2016-2020, including as chair in 2016-2017.
