Tell us about your business

STV is one of the top infrastructure-focused professional services firms in North America. Founded in 1912, we advise, plan, design, engineer, and deliver the infrastructure that powers local economies, including transportation systems, buildings, water, and other facilities. Headquartered in New York City, with more than 60 offices and 3,200 employees nationwide, we bring a century of expertise to reimagining the solutions and structures that connect our communities.

In the Pacific Northwest, STV’s Bellevue office serves as our regional hub, where we partner with Sound Transit, WSDOT, Amtrak and other agencies to deliver projects that improve mobility, resilience, and quality of life. Our regional work includes transit systems design for Sound Transit’s East Link and Northgate Link Extensions, the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) statewide Transportation Systems Management and Operations program, accessibility upgrades to the Seattle Center Monorail and other initiatives that keep Puget Sound’s transit network running every day.

Why did you join the Chamber?

STV joined the Seattle Metro Chamber to strengthen our connection to the region where our Bellevue-based team lives and works. The Puget Sound region is making transformative investments in light rail, bus rapid transit, complete streets, and resilient infrastructure, and we are proud to be part of the professional community helping deliver these projects. The Chamber provides an opportunity to collaborate with local leaders, share our technical expertise, and build lasting partnerships that support Seattle’s continued growth and vitality.

What are you/is your business interested in – or – what do you need currently?

STV is committed to advancing people-first infrastructure in Seattle, across the West Coast, and nationwide. Locally, our Bellevue team is a key partner for Sound Transit’s light rail expansion and work to strengthen the region’s long-term transit reliability. These projects not only improve mobility but also create opportunities for transit-oriented development, equity, and economic growth in the Puget Sound.

Nationally, STV is a recognized leader in transit systems design, flood resiliency, aviation, and program/construction management and more, working on some of the largest and most complex infrastructure programs in the country. By combining our Pacific Northwest-based expertise with our national resources, we are eager to collaborate with clients and partners to deliver infrastructure that is resilient, sustainable, and future-focused for the Puget Sound region and beyond.

What are you personally most excited about as you become involved with the Seattle Metro Chamber?

I’m really looking forward to being part of the Seattle Metro Chamber because it plays such a vital role in advancing conversations around transportation, housing, and economic growth—issues that are deeply connected and critical to our region’s success. My passion lies in the connection between transportation and land use – ensuring people can afford to live where they want to live and have reliable, accessible and equitable transportation options to get where they need to go and access the things they need to thrive. As a longtime Puget Sound resident and proud University of Washington Husky (Go Dawgs!), this work is personal for me and my family, and I’m excited to contribute to meaningful progress for our communities
