Exhibitor InformationDear Chamber Member, We are delighted that you are interested in exhibiting at the Greater Seattle Chamber's Annual Tradeshow. Please review this webpage carefully, it contains important details about the event and includes forms that you are required to complete.

The tradeshow is open to the general public, but exhibitor booths are available only to members of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce. For information on Chamber membership click here.
The Exhibitor Contract and Registration Form must be completed and submitted to Bethany Thornton. Your registration will not be finalized until these forms are received. See exhibitor checklist below for deadlines.
If you require electrical or data hook up complete the forms and fax directly to Qwest's approved providers. If you require additional items to furnish your tradeshow booth Triumph is providing items for rent. They must be ordered in advance, please see the order form for details. The floor in the Qwest Field West Plaza is cement, if you would like to rent carpet for your booth it is available through Triumph.
