In 2013, women in King County who worked full time, year-round, earned just 76 cents for every dollar earned by men. Surprised? So were we – and we’re working to close the gap.

Join us on May 23 for 100% Talent’s Wage Gap Summit, a conference that will bring local employers and professionals together to examine the gender wage gap in our region.
