In 2013, women in King County who worked full time, year-round, earned just 76 cents for every dollar earned by men. Surprised? So were we – and we’re working to close the gap.

Join us on May 23 for 100% Talent’s Wage Gap Summit, a conference that will bring local employers and professionals together to examine the gender wage gap in our region. Hear from local leaders and national experts on how the gender wage gap affects our industries and regional competitiveness, and the actionable solutions that 100% Talent members and others are using to successfully tackle this issue.
